Certificate Issuance :
We will issue Takaful Certificates within 14 working days upon receiving full documentation and risk information.
Personal Information :
We value the personal information you give us and will take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to that information.
Dispute Resolution :
We will address each complaint in an equitable, objective and timely manner. We will ensure that a customer receives prompt acknowledgment of any complaint within 2 working days.
