HLMT was awarded Anugerah Mesra Pengguna (Kategori Insurans) by LPKPM @ 10th February 2017
Hong Leong MSIG Takaful (HLMT) was awarded ‘Anugerah Mesra Pengguna (Kategori Insurans)’ by Malaysian Consumer Protection and Welfare Board (LPKPM) under the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism. The awards ceremony was held on 10th February 2017 at Kelab Darul Ehsan, Golf & Recreation. YBhg Dato' Wan Ali bin Besar, Deputy Secretary (Management) Ministry of Home Affairs representing YAB Dato' Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, Deputy Prime Minister cum office of Minister of Home Affairs presented the award to our Head of Family Agency, Encik Syed Mohd Redzo bin Syed Abd Rahman.
“Anugerah Mesra Pengguna” is organised by the LPKPM and the Ministry to honour, recognise and acknowledge the significant efforts and contributions to the Companies from various industries for their Friendly Consumer Centricity.
There were a total of 15 awards representing each industry - Banking, Insurance, Hypermarket, Telecommunication, Direct Selling, Beauty Products, Traditional Product, Transportation, Housing Development, Hotel, Mass Communication, Social Media, Petroleum, Health Food, Apparel, Sports Equipments, Motor Vehicle, Tourism and System Application. HLMT is the 1st insurance Company to be awarded the Anugerah Mesra Pengguna (Kategori Insurans) in Malaysia.
